Euclid's Elements - Book III, Propositions 26 and 27

In congruent circles, congruent central angles will subtend congruent arcs, and so will congruent inscribed angles. In congruent circles, central angles that subtend congruent arcs are congruent, and so are inscribed angles that subtend congruent arcs.
