Is the composition of a translation and a reflection commutable?
(Does Order Matter?)
To translate the triangle, first select the Translate tool (right click on reflection tool to see the drop down menu), then select the vector and the object to be translated.
To change the direction or magnitude of the translation, drag the arrow of the vector.
To reflect the triangle, first select the reflection tool, then select the interior of the triangle and then the line of reflection.
To try the transformation in a different order, reset the worksheet and apply the same operations in the opposite order.
