Problem 4_2:

Construct the two circles through a given point tangent to two parallel lines, assuming the point between the two lines.

Solution:

I first created two points A and B, the line segment connecting the two points, and the midpoint of the segment. I then constructed two circles. One circle with center A and through the midpoint, one circle with center B and through the midpoint of the segment. Next, I constructed the tangent lines and a line parallel to the tangent line that is tangent to both circles above.
