The barycentric coordinates of the midpoint of the incircle aren't constant. They are defined by the ratio of the lengths of the sides and the circumference of the triangle.
For the 1st coordinate number we take the opposite side of A, for the 2nd the opposite of B and for the 3rd the opposite of C.
