Use the perpendicular bisectors of Triangle DCE to find the circle that completes the broken chainring.
The point of concurrency of the perpendicular bisectors of a triangle is the location of its circumcenter, or the center of a circle that circumscribes the triangle. With it, you can find the diameter of a complete chainring.
