I design a game which is called as ‘Pac-Man’. In the game of ‘Pac-Man’, the player controls a circular character which has a pie wedge shaped mouth. When all dots are eaten, Pac-Man is taken to the next stage. Four ghosts roam the maze, trying to catch Pac-Man. If a touches Pac-Man, a life is lost. When all lives have been lost, the game ends. Most students know and play this game. I think that this idea is interesting so that students are more engaged in it. I put a button on screen. When students click on this button, the dot moves randomly and they try to eat dot. In order to overlap with dot, students need translation. They will use the button of ‘Yukarı git’ ‘Aşağı git’ ‘Sağa git’ ‘Sola git’. Students will learn how many unit they need to translate. If they move without any mistakes, they will receive feedback like ‘Afiyet olsun’. Another point which we try to emphasize in this game is that when students click the button of ‘Ye!!’, Pac-Man is always at ordered pair of (0,0). I aim that students can realize the definition of ordered pair more clearly.
