Visualizing a dilation

This helps students visualize a dilation as a form of motion extending out from a point. Try dragging the point and seeing what happens to the smaller triangle as you change the dilation.
1. When is the image, triangle A'B'C', of the triangle ABC smaller than triangle ABC? When is it larger?
2. As you change the scale factor, what do you notice stays the same? What changes?
