Isothermal Reversible Work

Topic:
Volume
A video for this sheet is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4i6NSLfAaww This is Pressure Volume Work as might occur in a piston. Except that you hold the Temperature Constant and the work is always done at equilibrium so that the path is reversible. You can use sliders to vary the Temperature, Volumes, and moles of ideal gas. See what happens to the Pressure between the two volumes as well as the Work. Note that positive work is compression from starting volume V1 to ending volume V2 and that negative work is expansion from V1 to V2. Work is calculated by Geogebra as the integral under the curve (shaded region), but it is also calculated after definite integration and shown on the sheet.
