Starbucks Corporation is an American coffee company and coffeehouse chain. Starbucks was founded in Seattle, Washington in 1971. The table below gives the number of Starbucks stores in the US from 1992 to 2007.

Today it is the world's second largest food chain serving 68 million customers daily. The table below shows the number of stores operated by McDonald's from 1994 to 2015.
