When the diagonals do not intersect with each other, the quadrilateral is no longer a parallelogram.

Activity 2b

If the diagonals of a quadrilateral intersect each other, then the shape is a parallelogram. If the diagonals of a quadrilateral don't intersect each other, then the shape is no longer a parallelogram.

Activity 2c

If the diagonals of a quadrilateral bisect each other, then the sides opposite one another are congruent.

Activity 2d

If the sides opposite one another are congruent, then the diagonals are bisecting each other. Yes, the converse means the same thing as the original.
