Two Golf Balls Launched from a cliff.
The module submitted compares the trajectory characteristics for two "golf balls" launched from some arbitrary cliff at the same magnitude of velocity. One ball always flies off horizontally. The other can be launched at an initial upward angle. The cliff may start from a height of zero, and increase from there. The purpose is to show that to maximize range, the traditional 45 degrees no longer the optimal angle, and that some angles will produce less range than simply launched horizontally.
