Air Bearing Height Gap At a given Mass load; Outer, Inner, and Inlet Radii; and Height Ratio, an air bearing requires a minimum pressure. This model is to help explore the different combinations of patterns with these variables. Note that when the height ratio is 1, the pressure doesn't change when the gap is raised or lowered. This means that this model cannot solely be used to derive gap height. It is only a model for the single equation shown.
