This sketch is a pretty direct look at how to set the controls for a motion to match the preimage with a target. When you click a motion box, an image will appear, along with the motion control. Adjust the motion control by dragging its points to move the image.
1) Get the preimage onto each target with the appropriate motion. Check a motion to use, and adjust the motion controls to get the image onto the target. Describe how you figured each motion out, both the type and the controls. Which was most difficult? Why?
2) What information does each motion need to move the preimage (the original) to a target (its image)? Arrange the motions from least information needed to most.
