First notice that there are three checkboxes under the heading "Quadratic Functions". Also notice that you have a collection of sliders on the right side whose names correspond to the coefficients of the functions.
As you are answering the questions in the worksheet, take the time to play with the slider. Move them around, then record your observations in the worksheet.
