Triangle Sum Conjecture

What is a conjecture?

A conjecture is a conclusion based on incomplete information. In mathematics while the information may be incomplete, the conjecture is based on repeated and consistent observation.

The interior angles of a triangle

Notice the angles on the inside of the triangle and what they add up to. Manipulate and move the vertices around. Notice how the angles change. Notice also the sum of the three angles.

So what is the Triangle Sum Conjecture?

Fill in the blank: The sum of the interior angles of any triangle is ______________°.
