Section 3.3-Graphing f from sign of f'(x).

From the graph of the derivative, we should be able to graph the function (look for where f'(x)>0 to know where the function is increasing and where f'(x)<0 to know where the function is decreasing). We really only need the SIGN of f' to graph the function.
