Step Five
Then I translated the shapes over. Using the translate option in Geogebra, you first need to choose a point or object that you would like to translate. Then when you have chosen that object, you then select a vector. I use the original vector from A to D to translate it over to the right of the original object. I put in the parallel lines in to make sure that I was getting the vector just right because it took me a few tried before I got it just right. And then with every line you translate it over. You select each segment and then the vector to have it translate over. As you can see the head of the new turtle fits in between the tail and the back leg of the original turtle.
