Problem 4_3:

Construct the two circles through a given point tangent to two concentric circles, assuming the point between the two circles.

Solution:

I first created a point. This point became the center of 2 circles (one larger and one smaller). Then, I created two segment with one point on the smaller circle and one point on the larger circle for each segment. Then, I created midpoint for each of the segments. I created a circle with the center as the midpoint of one of the circles and the radius being (1/2) times the length of the segment. Similarly, I created another circle tangent to it.
