Two Tangents

Author:
Kevin Tobe
If two tangents to the same circle intersect, their intersection point will be the same distance from each of the points of tangency. Move points A,B, and C and observe how the lengths of segments CD and BD always remain the same.

How are angles CDB and CAB related? What do you think is the cause for this relationship?

Is it possible for a circle to have three tangent lines that all intersect at the same point? Explain your thinking.
