1. Create a circle with center at A and goes through B. 2. Create a circle with center at B and goes through A. 3. Create point C as the intersection above the segment. 4. Create point D as the intersection below the segment. 5. Create line CD. 6. Create point E as the intersection of segment AB and line CD. Line CD bisects segment AB. Line CD is perpendicular to segment AB.
