Construct two circles and that have different centers. Construct a point P and calculate p(P,) and p(P,). Move P and determine by experimentation all points P for which p(P,)=p(P,). Make a conjecture about the shape of the set of such points. Do this for disjoint circles and for circles that intersect. Compare your results.
