Kite

A kite has four degrees of freedom by the expansion, movement and rotation of the points below. This construction works because AD and AE will always remain congruent and DB and BE will also remain congruent. This is due to points D and points E being equidistant from center C, because of the circle constructed, leaving them with the same radii to center C. Therefore allowing the degrees of freedom and the congruency to exist.
