Bewege die roten Punkte des Schiffes, des Leuchtturms, der Kirche und der Windmühle.
a) Bewege den linken Schieberegler. Ein Schiff bestimmt seine Position durch das Anpeilen fester Punkte, die in der Seekarte verzeichnet sind.
b) Bewege den mittleren Schieberegler. Mittels dieser Konstruktion mit Zirkel und Lineal wird die Position des Schiffes bestimmt.
c) Bewege den rechten Schieberegler. Navigatoren hatten keinen Zirkel zur Verfügung, sie bestimmten die Position mit dieser Konstruktion. Begründe, wieso diese Konstruktion funktioniert.

a) Move the slider on the left. A ship defines its position by taking a bearing on objects listed on a map.
b) Move the slider in the middle. This construction with compasses and ruler allows to determine the position of the ship.
c) Move the slider on the right. Navigators didn't have compasses so they determined the position using this construction. Give reason why this construction leads to the position of the ship.
