The Alhambra tweets! They shared a nice math art post on some of the tilings there, , and Vincent Pantaloni passed it on, and added a cool GeoGebra version of one of the tilings. So I had to try something... (bottom left)
A stronger visual effect could be had with polygons, but the original looks like circular arcs, so that's the route I went.
