Exploring the nets of a cube

1) Explore the different nets possible to make a cube.
2) Choose three of the nets above and recreate them in the applet.
3) Draw pictures of those three nets accurately. Note: Do not forget about the properties of the shape making up the net. The drawings of the nets must have accurate measurements. The nets do not need to be as small as the ones you just created, but the entire net needs to fit on one piece of printer paper. 4) Next to each of the three drawings, write how many faces (squares) each net uses. 5) Below, find the three nets you chose and watch how they fold to make the cube. You will need to know this for step two of the project, but feel free to refer back to this at any time.
