ratio of two segments as a measure for length
This sketch is a workspace to learn about how measures of length are
arbitrary. That is, the length of a segment, say segment O (the orange segment) is an arbitrary value, that depends exactly on the ratio to the
length of the unit segment, which is segment F (the green segment).
