This is a simulation of a box being pulled along a horizontal surface by a rope. The tension in the rope and its angle from the horizontal can be adjusted, as can the mass of the box and the coefficients of static and kinetic friction. Use the Start button to start the animation, the Pause button to pause it, and the Reset button to start over.
