Step Instructions
1) Use the point tool to create 2 separate points
2) Use the segment tool to connect Point A and B
3) Use the Segment Bisector tool and click on A and B in succession.

3) Use the Midpoint tool and click on A and B in succession.

1) Select the Line tool
2) Click on a start and end point
3) Using the Segment bisector tool, click on the two points.
