Solve the quartic equation

I used GeoGebra to graph the quartic equation and to find the roots. As you can see from the graph, there are no real roots. I used the complex root tool on GeoGebra to find the complex roots to be 2.32+0.5i, 2.32-0.5i, -0.32+0.5i, and -0.32-0.5i.
