Dynamic Page Assignment
The targeted content for this page is to open up the idea that there are many different kinds of different shapes. For example there are 6 different kinds of triangles, there's the equilateral, acute, isosceles, scalene, right, and the obtuse triangle. While there are common attributes for all of the triangles, such as three points and three lengths, there are also many differences that make each triangle special, such as angles and the length of sides. In this exercise, we will learn to identify the attributes of each triangle.

CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.4.G.A.1"Draw points, lines, line segments, rays, angles (right, acute, obtuse), and perpendicular and parallel lines. Identify these in two-dimensional figures."
1. How many different types of triangles do you see?
2. Can you try and make each triangle bigger and smaller?
3. When you make the triangles bigger and smaller, what changes do you see? What stays the same?
- Isosceles?
- Scalene?
- Obtuse?
- Equilateral?
- Right?
- Acute?
