Reflection Across 2 Parallel Lines

Below, lines a and b are parallel. Reflect Kevin's picture about line a. Then reflect this image about line b. You can move Kevin's original pic and the lines around if you'd like. (Don't slide the slider yet.)

Here, we reflected Kevin's picture about a line, and then reflected this image about a line parallel to the first line. Can we transform the original (first) image into the final image using a SINGLE TRANSFORMATION? If so, what would that transformation be? Describe!
