Three flips suffice
- Matthew Bardoe
Three flips are enough. Show that one R can be transformed to the other R by 3 flips.
How would you transform one R into the other using flips. The first step is to get one of the corresponding points to match up. See if you can find a flip that makes that happen. Once you find that flip transform the labeled points. Then make another flip the same way you made the last one. After you do this a third time. Everything should be hunky-dorey.
