Matrix Explorer with Eigenvectors and animation

Drag points I' and J' to change the matrix. Points I and J represent the unit basis vectors (1,0) and (0,1), while points I' and J' are their images under the transformation. On the left you can:
  • Drag points I' and J'
  • Drag the background and zoom in or out with your mouse wheel
  • Show some example matrices ("Show examples")
  • Show the eigenvectors, eigenvalues (and invariant lines on the right hand diagram)
  • Type in a matrix of your choice ("Allow typed input")
On the right you can:
  • show [n] vectors spread around the unit circle ("Show original vectors")
  • show the [n] vectors after they've been transformed by the matrix ("Show transformed vectors")
  • show the change vector from before to after ("Show connecting vectors")
  • show the animation of the originals becoming the new vectors ("Show animation")
  • adjust the number [n] of vectors used ("No. of vectors to transform")
