Dignity:
This means that a person has to be respected and be valued no matter what. Acting with dignity means you have to take in consideration ethics and morals.

In relation to Chernobyl´s disaster, dignity of the population was involved. When the the government took a serious of decisions about evacuating people and treating damaged ones, it acted in favor of populations´dignity. to ensure the wealth of the population, there where taken some health measures so quality of live of people increased after the disaster. However because of the huge release of radiation measures where not enough to avoid deaths. To prevent future deaths and better the lives of actual population, projects have been elaborated to reduce the amount of radiation released.
