Outline

Mechanisms & Robotics

This book is dedicated to the teaching of the mathematical models of mechanisms and robots and its implementation in the GeoGebra software. Students can explore the mechanism and robot constructions by changing variable values through the use of some controls via mouse or keybord input. These controls or actions can be sliders, input boxes, check boxes, and point dragging. The purpose of these constructions is to attract the students to the robotic world and encourage them to explore the mathematical models behind the real ones, practicing and validating the theory explained in class.

Examples

This section shows several examples of spatial mechanisms and robots. The examples are documented in a dedicated paper which describe the construction procedures.
