The Spieger center X(10) is constructed as follows:
- Define the midpoints of the sides of triangle ABC and draw the medial triangle through them.
- Define the Spieker center Sp as the incenter of this medial triangle.
- Construct the bisectors of the triangle ABC.
- Construct the lines ASp, BSp and CSp.
- Reflect these lines about the bisectors. These reflections cross at triangle center X(58).

Het punt van Spieker X(10) construeer je als volgt
- Bepaal de middelpunten van de zijden van de driehoek ABC.
- Construeer een driehoek door deze drie punten.
- Bepaal het punt van Spieker Sp als het middelpunt van de ingeschreven cirkel van deze tweede driehoek.
- Construeer de bissectrices van de driehoek ABC.
- Construeer de lijnen ASp, BSP en CSp.
- Spiegel deze lijnen t.o.v. de bissectrices. De spiegelbeelden snijden elkaar in het driehoekscentrum X(58)
