Double Number Line
Below is a double number for examining ratios and proportions. It is limited to creating equivalent ratios that are greater than the original ratio.
- Choose which quantity you want in the top number line. Label your number lines
- Place the original quantities from the ratio in the first vertical set of input boxes beside zero.
- Create your top quantity's number line. To do this, click on the input box, then enter your value. You can also use the "Tab" key to move from one box to the next.
- The bottom quantity's number line will automatically be populated.
