Generating Solids of Revolution 2.0
This applet is designed to help you visualize the solids of revolution obtained by revolving various functions about the x-axis.
You can enter any function you like into the input box for f(x).
You can adjust the upper and lower bounds with the sliders for a and b.
The slider for Alpha allows you to control how far the function is revolved around the axis. This is useful for visualizing how the revolution creates the solid.
In the lower left side of the screen is a play button that will allow you to animate the revolution.
