Parent Function Chosen: f(x)=x^2+abs(x) Parabola and Absolute Value: f(x)=(x-a)^2+ abs(x)b-c
a: Changes x coordinate of the parabola and height of where parabola meets absolute value.
b: Changes steepness/slope of parabola and absolute value. Flips function when negative.
c: Changes y coordinates. (Moves the function up and down)
