Converting from Equatorial to Galactic coordinates

Instructions

Type in the right ascension coordinates expressed in hours, minutes and seconds and declination coordinates expressed in degrees, minutes and seconds. This is just a draft project. I haven't tested different combinations of quadrants. Here is the link to the Caltech calculator: https://ned.ipac.caltech.edu/forms/calculator.html I used J2000.0 coordinates: α0 = 192.8595ο, δ0 = 27.1283ο,   l0 = 122.9320ο
