Finding the diameter of a broken dinner plate

Use the fact that if a chord is the perpendicular bisector of another chord, the perpendicular bisector chord is a diameter OR that when a right triangle is inscribed in a triangle the hypotenuse is a diameter to find a diameter of the broken dinner plate that archeologists discovered.
