1. Create the midpoint of each side of the triangle.
2. Create a perpendicular line through each midpoint.
You should note that all of the perpendicular bisectors intersect at a single point. Label this point O.
Point O is the circumcenter of the triangle.
3. Use the circle tool and with O as the center, create a circle with radius OA.
