Translating Verbal Expressions
In the applet below, a verbal expression is given.
Your job is to take that verbal expression and write it as an algebraic expression.
When translating, use "x" as your variable.
That is, whenever the applet says "a number", take that to mean "x".
If you translate an expression correctly, you'll see a big "CORRECT !!!" sign appear.
