Where in Horry County part 2?

Horry County wants to provide free satellite television to as many Horry County residents as possible, but does not want the free service to extend outside county lines. To do this, they will build a tower at the incenter of the county.

1) Use the map to locate the incenter of Horry County. 2) To find the incenter you must: a) connect the 3 corners with line segments to make a triangle, b) construct the angle bisector of each angle by using congruent circles as a compass, c) construct the point of concurrency of the angle bisectors. 3) You can inscribe the triangle by using the incenter as the center of a circle and construct a circle that will go intersect the three sides of the triangle internally. 4) Use the length tool to measure the length of line segments from each intersection to the incenter. What do you notice? Where would that location be? Use the tools of GeoGebra to help determine this. Would this be an ideal location? Why or why not?
