Say, what's the big idea?
The big idea of this problem is that if two lines are perpendicular, then their slopes are negative reciprocals (and conversely, that if the slopes of two lines are negative reciprocals, then the two lines are perpendicular). Refer to the diagram to answer the 3 questions below.
