For the simulation to be displayed in its entirety over the screen: Click on the circle (with a square inscribed) at the bottom right of the simulation. Or you can zoom out (in) by pressing Ctrl - (Ctrl+)

Click a movable point or a slider button
and Drag!
Or, Click to highlight the point or
slider, then use:
• Arrow keys for adjustments, or
• Shift+Arrow keys for fine adjustments, or
• Ctrl+Arrow keys for coarser changes, or
• Alt+Arrow keys for even coarser changes
